Collaboration Terms

1. General Provisions

Thank you for your interest in my design services! These General Terms and Conditions regulate the collaboration framework between myself (Viktória – Brand Designer, hereinafter "Service Provider") and my clients (hereinafter "Client").

By placing an order, the Client accepts these Terms.

2. Services

The Service Provider offers the following services:

• Brand Design: Logo design, color palette, typography, mini brand guide
• Social Media Design: Posts, stories, advertising graphics
• Web Design: Website interface design (layout, graphics)
• Print Design: Flyers, business cards, banners, brochures
• Content Writing (SEO): SEO-optimized, structured text writing

The exact scope of work is determined in the individual quote.

3. Order Process

3.1. Quote Request

The Client contacts the Service Provider via the quote request form or email, describing the project.

3.2. Quote

The Service Provider prepares a personalized quote that includes:

• Detailed description of the service
• Price and payment terms
• Deadline
• Number of revisions

3.3. Confirmation

If the Client accepts the quote, they confirm it in writing (email is sufficient). This is when the contract is concluded.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1. Pricing

The prices indicated on the website are indicative and may vary depending on the project's complexity.

4.2. Payment Terms

• Small projects (up to HUF 50,000): 100% advance payment
• Larger projects (over HUF 50,000): 50% advance, 50% upon delivery

The Service Provider starts work after the advance payment is received.

4.3. Payment Methods

Bank transfer, Revolut, PayPal (currency: HUF, EUR)

5. Revisions

The Service Provider includes a certain number of revisions per project (specified in the quote).

Additional revisions beyond this may incur extra charges.

A revision means modifying existing concepts, not creating new ones.

6. Deadlines

The Service Provider delivers according to the agreed deadline.

The Client must also provide feedback within the agreed timeframe; otherwise, the deadline may be extended.

In case of delay caused by the Service Provider, an automatic 10% discount applies.

7. Copyright and Usage Rights

7.1. Copyright

The copyright of the works belongs to the Service Provider until the full payment is made.

7.2. Usage Rights

After the fee is paid, the Client receives unlimited usage rights for the works.

The Client may use the designs for their business purposes but may not resell them as design services.

7.3. Portfolio Usage

The Service Provider is entitled to use the completed works for portfolio purposes (website, social media, Behance).

If the Client does not wish this, they must indicate it in advance.

8. Cancellation and Refund

• If the Client cancels the order before the work begins: 100% refund
• If the Client cancels after starting: partial refund based on the work completed
• No refund if the Client does not like the work after the revisions have been completed

9. Liability

The Service Provider is not liable for damages resulting from improper use by the Client (e.g., incorrect file usage).

The Service Provider strives for maximum quality but does not guarantee specific business results.

10. Data Protection

The Service Provider handles the Client's data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Personal data is only used for communication and invoicing.

11. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes, the parties strive for an amicable solution.

If this is not possible, the competent Hungarian court has jurisdiction.
